Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux is a family estate rooted in Meursault and the Côte de Beaune. Today, the domaine farms around six hectares across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Pommard, including prestigious Meursault Premier Cru vineyards such as Perrières and Les Gouttes d'Or. Traditional winemaking and careful vineyard work produce precise, mineral-driven Burgundies with depth, elegance and excellent ageing potential.

Domaine Sylvain Bailly is a historic family estate based in Bué, in the heart of Sancerre, where the family has been making wine since the 18th century. Its vineyards extend across some of the appellation's renowned slopes, including Chêne Marchand and Chasseignes. Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir express Sancerre's limestone caillottes and Kimmeridgian marls through wines defined by freshness, precision and a strong sense of terroir.

Domaine Feuillat-Juillot is one of the distinctive estates of Montagny, the southernmost appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise. Led by Françoise Feuillat-Juillot, now joined by her daughter Camille, the domaine focuses on Chardonnay across some of Montagny's finest terroirs, including the celebrated Premier Cru Les Coères. With manual harvesting and meticulous vineyard work, the wines combine richness, freshness and elegance—showcasing a compelling, lesser-known side of white Burgundy.
