La Bosque is a small collection of vines nestled in the heart of a mountain hamlet, on the schist slopes of the AOP Saint-Chinian. In 2016, they embarked on an adventure aimed at returning to the basics—working the land and preserving the Languedoc terroir and its grape varieties through original cuvées. La Bosque represents an intense, sincere, and collective journey that they share, protect, and cherish.

Fuori Mondo's vineyard spans nearly 10 hectares. Olivier crafts Ciliegiolo, Alicante Nera, Sangiovese, Carmenere, and Cabernet Sauvignon into single-varietal expressions, each a quest for freshness and elegance. Some labels are produced every vintage, while others might appear less frequently or even just once. It is Olivier's choice to share the fruits of his intuitions, his experiences, and even his happy accidents with you. All are essential parts of the journey of this neo-winemaker.
